EMBROIDERY, LOGOS AND NUMBERING SERVICES
Embroidery
To embroider logos on to garments the design has to be digitized to disc. Artwork supplied by our customers must be recreated using specialist software. We can accept first stage artwork in a printed form (i.e. compliment slip, letter head) or existing embroidered garment. E-mailed logos; preferred file formats would be JPEG or Adobe PDF (high resolution).
Set up charges
Willow Sportswear offer a 50% discount on all jacquard discs. On receipt of artwork a discounted quotation will be supplied; should you decide to proceed a sample embroidered badge will be despatched for your approval before proceeding with the order. The jacquard disc can be used on all types of garment: shirts, sweaters, fleeces, caps etc.
Embroidery Cost
The embroidery charge is the cost of actually embroidering the logo on to the garment.
Heat Transfer Print
A fantastic alternative to embroidery, no set up fee, suitable for shirts, t/shirts, sweatshirts and caps. Ideal for club and sponsor logos.
- Cost per print £3.00
- Individual names £2.50
- Numbers £2.50
Printing
Ideal for larger logos or sponsor names, screens have to be set up for each colour.
- Screen £20.00 per colour
- Print £1.50 single colour 2/3 colours £2.25
